Pass-a-Load

Pass a Load (definition) verb. Passing to others responsibilities and chores which actually cover the scope of your job.

Somebody from a TV network inspired this entry. He works for the corporate communications department of the network but for months now, I’ve been doubting his qualifications and efficiency.
